✅ DURABLE BLADE:
Forged from German High Carbon (7Cr17MoV) Stainless Steel. To boost its sturdiness, the steel contains 0.7% carbon.
This gives the blade improved tensile strength, edge retention, and overall resistance to its use. (Basically, the blade stays sharp longer than other knives).
The blade also contains 17% Chromium. This contributes to greater strength, durability, and wear resistance. It also prevents staining and offers good corrosion resistance.
Basically, 7Cr17MoV is a steel that is built to last.
